DUAL RECESSED USB & CIGAR SOCKET
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Dual recessed power socket for 12V or 24V systems featuring twin hi-power USB ports and a 20A cigar lighter socket.
The USB ports allow fast-charging for ipads, smart-phones, tablets and other mobile devices as they provide 10W (2.1A @ 5V) which is the same power output as you'd get from your mains wall charger at home.
The cigar lighter socket accepts all standard and universal plugs and a blue LED illuminates the USB ports with a soft glow to indicate that the socket is powered.
It features twin tethered rubber covers and a rectangular faceplate which can be left off if you don't have the space to fit it or simply prefer it without.
Nickel-plated brass terminals prevent corrosion and the covers protect the sockets from dirt and moisture when not in use.
Suitable for cars, campervans, motorhomes, caravans, boats, motorbikes or any vehicle running 12V/24V.
The socket is mounted in two 29mm panel holes on 44mm centres using nuts that screw over the threaded bodies. The faceplate is fixed through four holes using the screws provided and power connection is via polarity-marked blade terminals.
